Do you love to travel to cultural places? In case you do, then China is your best bet. China is one of the few places in the world which has managed to preserve its culture well. This country, situated at the Far East is one of the oldest cultures in the world. The amazing culture that still thrives here in China is apparent when you get to the country. Once you set foot here you would realize that China transports you to a totally different parallel universe.

This fact is apparent in the distinct clothing style of the Chinese people. Yet the culture of China does not just thrive in the dresses that the Chinese wear. If you sit to dine with the Chinese no matter from which country you are, you are expected to dine their ways.

Greece: meet the ancient roman history

Greece is a place that was known for its history and culture. It held its contests and games all of which was devoted to their patron deity. Olympics were their largest game which was finally included in the set of competition called Olympiad.  Ancient Greek games involved artistic and athletic competitions to a huge extent.

The great Olympics were dedicated in honor of their Greek God Zeus. The game of Olympics is held once in every 4 years in Olympia. The nationalistic flavor and the enthusiasm of the people made it the most sought after sporting event in modern games. Another event called the Heraia was also celebrated in every four years; Heraia was a contest for female athletic dedicated to their goddess Hera.

The attracting point was that it was a foot race for virgins. It was organized by sixteen women belonging to the  most recognized families of the region. The Pythian and Isthmian games were also widely popular in the ancient roman history.
